- 3rd party retailer/reseller purchases - Purchases made through resellers will be replaced or refunded through the reseller who made the sale. In the event a reseller will not honor replacement or refund, Boxiecat LLC will provide a replacement of equal value, but in no event is able to make cash refunds or reimbursements for funds paid to a 3rd party reseller. Receipt and value must be provided. Note that Boxiecat LLC does not receive records of sales from 3rd party resellers.
